★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since 2019, We have been looking to purchase our 2nd home and was looking for a great location and quality builder in the NW. We were initially looking to purchase in Rockland but with the pandemic, lack of construction supplies and lot availability, there was a delay. Hence, We started to look to other communities and builders. We were fortunate enough to meet Elaine and Janet of Hopewell. They were able to help us find our dream lot with a nice view and go through the design stage seamlessly.
Janet is a sweet person, she the expert in the house exterior designs.
And Elaine is an amazing and genuine person, she understand the homebuyer's point of view and give pointers to get the home you always dream of. Hopewell is lucky to have both Elaine and Janet.

There are so many decisions involved when building a home from scratch that it felt overwhelming at times.
Elaine has made this process very smooth for us.
She is patient, knowledgeable and very thorough. She is very detail oriented and answered our multiple questions in a timely manner.
Most importantly, she is transparent and gave us realistic expectations throughout the different stages of this journey so far.
I highly recommend this crew if you are looking to build in this awesome community!
