★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mediation occurred during the pandemic via Zoom conference, I spend $6,000 (only my side, probably another $6,000 the other party ). would I do it again absolutely not. A complete waste of my money. Hard working , Pandemic earned money. I don't recommend Zoom mediations at all !! Don't waste your time and money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This very clean and ultra modern facility in downtown Toronto is a prime location for arbitration hearings, both nationally and internationally. I was particularly impressed with the manager Ms. Kim Stewart (I think she also owns the company) who was very professional, courteous, grateful, elegantly dressed and, above all, responsive. She answers e-mails within minutes, even week-ends. I was commissioned once to work at her location as a professional French simultaneous interpreter and loved every moment of it.
Highly recommended.
