Ladies, if you're on the fence, I'm telling you it's a great way to help build your confidence, get in shape and feel good and sexy in your own skin. Whether it's in a group setting, I myself have been taking private lessons with Julie the owner and she is amazing. If you're not comfortable in a group contact Julie for your own private lessons, and to see what else she offers. You will love it, I promise xo

There's always lots of variety of classes, workshops, etc. that go on throughout the year. All the instructors are very patient and work to encourage you to give it your all in every class.
