Great shisha place, good music, good ambience, amazing drinks and cheap food!

Absolute rip off , 1 shisha per person ( due to covid) Which makes no sense , already one alone is overpriced and really below average shisha , extra charcoal 2$ and service is nothing but embarassing .

Great atmosphere. If you like RnB and HipHop music, even better. Think of it as a mix of lounge and shisha. It was a really good time.

No social distancing at all. You’re literally 50cm away from the other table. And the music is way too loud, hence impossible to have a conversation. The shisha is decent, but the food was very dry and didn’t seem to be fresh.

This place is an absolute mess! We sat down and waited 40 minutes before anyone came to take our order, even though we tried to get the server’s attention many many times and she just waved us off. Finally she came to see us and when we complained she couldn’t care less. Not even an apology! Their choices for shisha are very limited, they make people take at least one food/drink per person (even if you don’t want anything). The music is way too loud. And last but not least, the price of the shisha is way too high compared to the quality and the service provided. There are many more shisha lounges around the area with better prices,service and atmosphere. Needless to say that was the first and last time I’ll ever go there.

We had one heck of an experience at Arabesque tonight, to say the least. We got there around 10:30 so having to wait in line while they manage their capacity on a Saturday was completely understandable. When we got inside and sat down, like previously mentioned, they don't have many choices for shisha flavours but we picked 1 and the shisha was brought out soon enough. The service, however, was very slow. We placed our order 3 different times over the span of 30 minutes, to 2 different people. Once we placed the orders, we got 4 drinks one by one, at intervals of close to 10 minutes. One of us really waited an hour from the time we were seated, to the time we got our drink. When the food came, we got the wrong order and it was sent back. So far, the service is not the best but we tell ourselves it's a busy night (that in hindsight they should prepare for on a Saturday but whatever). Here's where it gets crazy: the last 20 minutes of our time there, while we're rushing to finish the food and drinks we got really late in the first place, were spent witnessing a complete train wreck of a FIGHT between the waitress, some customers and eventually the security guard. Long story short, the customers in question were NOT out of line the way the waitress was. We COMPLETELY understand that customers should give respect to get respect back from servers, but we witnessed that the server was waaayyyyyyyy too comfortable calling the customers names and escalating the situation when the CUSTOMERS were trying to calm each other down! Never in a million years would we dream of telling customers to go **** themselves or calling them "c*onnards". Even as they were being escorted out the waitress continued screaming profanities as them from across the place. It genuinely turned into a scary "someone call 911" situation by the time the customers were being escorted out by security and it turned into a brawl where clothes were being ripped up. We could have left without paying, especially because we feared for our safety in case people started trashing the place. We waved somebody down to be able to pay and when we brought up the fact that we really didn't appreciate how late we received our ordered items, especially the drinks that were super last minute, the lady (NOT the one fighring the customer) literally said "but you drank it right?". We paid and left, thankfully not physically harmed.

Good place . Not a lot of flavours in the shisha, they give you three choices to choose from .. if you don’t like any of the flavours they have for the night well there’s not much you can do . Excellent sangria and cocktail drinks ( the arabesque sangria and litchi martini are my favourite ) I suggest to try those . As for the food menu , haven’t tried it yet , but some of my friends did, it wasn’t that impressive a bit expensive tho . Some of the staff are a bit rude but overall the rest of the team is great and very polite and professional. Great music ambiance too . I recommend this place if you’re looking for a good spot to smoke and just have a drink and good time .
