★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was excited to get a Chihiros WRGB 2 light for my planted tank. When it finally arrived and I set it up, it was obvious something was wrong. A horrible high-pitched sound comes from the Bluetooth receiver, making it unbearable to have it turned on when I’m in the same room. Unit also gets extremely hot, I do not feel it is safe. Customer service was quick to respond, after sending them video of the sound they sent a replacement Bluetooth receiver. Took awhile to receive it and when I did it still had the same issue. I asked to return it for a refund or replacement, but was advised I would have to pay return shipping which would easily cost close to $200 or more for a box that is over 120cm long and it’s heavy. So disappointed and stuck with an expensive light I can’t use. I wouldn’t recommend buying from here if you don’t live close. Return shipping for a defective product should never be the customer’s responsibility. I debated a long time about posting this but feel it’s only fair for anyone ordering from them to be aware.
