Excellent staff, very useful information and recommendations! Quick and cheap travel for an overall great price! Got to see so much more than I would in a car. Will definitely use again in the future!

My family and I had a great time going to Granville island from Hornby street. It’s better to park here and go on the aqua bus to Granville as there is limited parking there. The parking on Hornby street is paid but very reasonable (3 dollars per hour) from where the walk to the dock is 2 minutes long. The cost was reasonable and the tickets were available from the dock and online as well. It’s more convenient and reasonable to buy a return ticket. The man at the front desk was super helpful and explained and handed us the map of Granville island. The ferries run every 5 minutes so there’s never a wait time. It was a 2.5 minute ride to Granville island. Would highly recommend if you’re planning on visiting Granville island!

It isn't linked in with the rest of the transit system, so your compass card won't work. They don't tell you this until you are halfway across. It costs 3.50 / person.

First time riding on the Aquabus Ferries ⛴ and I had a great time ?. Highly recommend. You get a chance to experience the major tourist attractions of Vancouver along with the stunning buildings. Staff were very kind! Bought my ticket ? on the bus which was very convenient, especially during Covid. 5/5

I hadn’t been on an Aquabus for years until a friend suggested we go on an adventure with our girls and ride the cool ferries around false creek. Wow...it was spectacular and my girls loved it. We started at Stamps Landing and travelled all the way to Science world and around to Granville Island and then return to Stamps Landing. The full ride cost $19 for the three of us and we had our own very COVID friendly corner of the ferry to sit in. The views from the water are phenomenal! It always catches my breath how gorgeous it is. For a summer adventure playing in your own city this is a great option. We saw seals and geese and an eagle flying overhead with a fish in its mouth...tail still flapping. Better than National Geographic! Go take a serene ride on these very cool water taxi’s. You will not be disappointed!

Amazing first time ride in this aqua bus in Vancouver. You can start ride from Granville island and buy one way or a return ticket. Prices are reasonable and you can take the ride to any of the stations , then you can have a walk enjoying the area and come back the same way. You will enjoy the view while in the ride especially those enjoying water sports around you. Staff were helpful and friendly.
