So while I was parked outside, someone from inside the store unlocked the door and stood there glaring at me. So I asked if he was open, he asked what I wanted. I asked if I could get my water tested. His reply, "I've been doing quotes for pool installations since 12 last night, I don't have time to test your water." . . . Is that what passes for customer service around here? I'll be taking my business of 20 years elsewhere. By the way Krevco, is open Sundays.

The guys who came out were nice enough, but we were hoping to get some guidance and instruction. I absolutely refuse to give any more business to the grouchy old man, I assume the owner, who treated every simple question as an annoyance and just assumed we should know everything about pools. Buh-bye!
