I've had Kelly perform a number of appraisals on my property. she is always accomodating, punctual, and very professional in all aspects of her profession. She recently single handedly saved my realestate closing and worked late in order to meet additional requirements for finanacing. I will be requesting that all of my appraisals are taken care of by Appraisals North moving forward
