After only one hypnosis session with Joanna, I walked out of her office as a non-smoker. If you are ready to quit but need a little help, I highly recommend a session with Joanna. She made the whole process amazingly simple!

Was I surprised when we finished the session! I felt empowered and relaxed all at the same time! Thank you Joanna! Just as you go to have a mani and pedi or a visit to your massage therapist or lifestyle coach on a monthly basis, you should also make time for a hypnosis session, Joanna can help you relax and empower your the mind on a regular basis too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I booked the private couples weekend retreat with Joanna at Deerhurst Resort in Huntsville, Ontario and it was just fantastic. Joanna is intelligent, funny, down to earth and a great listener. She really helped both of us move beyond the turmoil that took place in our business in the past - which was preventing us from moving forward.
We are now equipped with the 'tools' to move forward in our business and our relationship. We're both feeling hopeful, excitement and also feeling like newlyweds again.
I highly recommend her private weekend retreat to couples new and old.

I speak for my spouse and myself when I say that we both feel rejuvenated, our minds are calmer and clearer and we're both excited to start this new journey together.
