★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had Appliance Industries over twice now. Once for the dryer and the last time for the fridge. Both times the units were fixed properly and have been working great since.
They made it easy for us both times by asking us the right questions to ensure they could have proper parts on hand when they arrived. They even got us to send a picture of an information plate on the dryer which probably saved alot of time and communication.
The technician (same person for both visits) was professional, respectful and courteous throughout the visits.
They will be our first call in the event of another appliance problem!

Happy to recommend this company.

The tech (Nick) took the time and effort to understand the situation and his customer, he came to a reasonable conclusion, offered bonus advice, and was very clear and effective in explaining his analysis, despite how uncommon the issue is. He was also friendly for sure.
Would recommend (can’t say the same about LG…)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is totally horrible. I called them to check my washer/dryer and dishwasher august 2021.
Travis who was the technician was very nice and told me the drill. He said not to bother with the dishwasher it was cheaper to buy new. Washer he fixed and dryer he told me he had to order parts which may take awhile.
Few weeks later a technician name Chris calls me out of the blue saying he was scheduled to come to my house the very next day to fix my dishwasher and dryer? I said well don’t bother with the dishwasher just the dryer and he said he didn’t have all my parts for the dryer? I said how am I scheduled if I didn’t even get a phone call or anything to confirm? He told me to call him back. Months later I emailed the owner Owen about the dryer parts. He didn’t even send me a decent email just a simple email saying “he has to talk to Chris”.
No offence but what kind of business is this again? I don’t normally leave rotten reviews but this one deserves it.
