★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite parks to take the kids too, However it is more often than not covered in trash. I cannot believe how dirty this space is, no pride for the community at all. I don't even live in Applewood but find myself doing trips back and forth to the garbage bin picking up after other people who are too lazy to dispose of trash in the proper receptacle. Great park, terrible community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ground is a bit bouncy and way cleaner than using small pebbles as flooring. There are 2 sets of parks. One for toddlers and one for young teens. There are shades benches which is great to keep out from the sun. Lots of grass space to play frisbee or volleyball!
There is a secondary park not far from there. That park has the most grass space, public gym, tennis court, and a big park.
