★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a resident at this address for 29 years in December.
The common area windows have been washed for the first time in at least 8 years. The residence is now being cleaned and cared for by Lila and Jay. The grounds have been weeded and underbrush removed.
Very pleased to have family and friends visit without making excuses about the sad condition the building had been for years by previous caretakers.Thanks for the upgrades and new superintendents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to look at an apartment. Absolute dive of a building. Nosey people asking if you're new or not. The superintendent doesn't show up when you buzz. They pickup and hangup. Absolute disorganization. Couldn't find the keys to the apartment. Chipping and flaky paint. Filthy looking floors. Poor "renovations" with tile work in hallway. Broken silicone seals. Tiny bathroom. The list goes on, and on, and on. If you have any standards to living, this is not the place for you. If you want your privacy fraught with incursions, and to live in a building that's old and questionably maintained? Perfect spot right here. Definitely a one star. I'd give it a half star if I could. Keep looking.
