Convenient but poorly run. I went there with a medical issue on March 14th, They drew blood and submitted it to their labs. I requested they also include my physician in the results After 6 business days, I received notification the results are in, contact one of the Doctors to make an online appointment. After searching for an available Doctor I was able to book an online appointment. I joined the appointment as per instruction, however, the Doctor was delayed. Approx 1 hour later after waiting online, the Doctor was available. She asked me why I was making an appointment, to which I replied that I was told to contact one of the Doctors to discuss the results of my test. The Doctor told me that there was no test results even though I was both called by phone and by email the results were in. I finished my appointment (wasted 1hr 15 minutes of my life. I called the numebr that called me about the results being there and they confirmed that the results are there. After I started to question the system they have I discovered that there are 2 locations in Ontario. One for the GTA and one for the Ottawa area. When I booked online, I was booked with a GTA area doctor as this Doctor was in the same group of the Virtual Doctor I was originally seen. The result were at the Ottawa area and the GTA Doctors have no way of seeing the results of the Ottawa area lbs. I finally got this sorted out after failing several times to get an online appointment with the same Doctor. I eventually had my online consult. My family Doctor never received the results even after I requested them tyo email them to him. Today, April 22, 2021 I was contacted by the Appletree office and was asked me to please book an online appointment with one of the Doctors. I replied that this was taken care of a couple of weeks ago but they have no record of this. Conclusion: Left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. You are playing with peoples lives and health here. DO NOT use this unless there is no other choice.

Was very satisfied. I was in right away and saw a Doctor within a half an hour.

Great experience. East sign up. 10 minute wait. Person on site was extremely professional and knowledgeable. intake was very thorough. And had a virtual visir with a doctor. The visit provided me with a referral, screening and prescription refill. Perfect.

Absolutely Terrible! Asking personal questions in the hallway of Metro before entering the room then asking 20 minutes of intake questions all to speak to the doctor for 45 seconds who did not even help or address what I was there for then quickly signed off.
