★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here twice but I won't go again. The rooms feel grungy and dirty. The doctor's visits are extremely short. Also the last time I visited the doctor was an hour late from when he was scheduled to arrive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called my family doctor, Dr. Aziz at Rays of Hope, because my ears are very painful dkr few days, he told me to take Advil but its not working for me, I came to the clinic but he told me I need to do my Annual Exam first before he will give me the prescription for my ear, good thing I called Henderson Highway Medical Clinic and they accepted me and without hesitation Dr. Ahmad, E save me from pain, not like my family doctor. Thank you so much ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional and unorganized. The doctor even had to use google for a second. I went in just for a prescription and both times they were out at their own pharmacy so they suggested safeway and the pills they gave me a prescription for were unavailable in general. Waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to the walk in on a Saturday after experiencing withdrawals due to shoppers pharmacy not calling my clinic for my medications in time (asked multiple times days in advance.) Was very impressed by the service and care here. The pharmacy here is impressive. Definitely coming here from now on for my medication refills.
Update: This is my go to place now for any walk in or medication needs. Thank you so much for the great work you do

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor basically disregard all of my issues and gave me a prescription for ONE month even asking for more (it was for birth control)... don't waste your time. He really does not want to hear about your problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor always takes good care of my child and helps my child feel more comfortable around him even when my son is not feeling well. The last couple times there, it has been in and out and the pharmacist is truly thankful when you use there services! Office is a little disorganized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the walk in clinic and I was in and out literally within 8 minutes. I've waited for hours at other walk in clinics. I've never had such a speedy experience! Plus the pharmacist was super nice and I got my prescription really fast. I saw the doctor and got the medicine all within 20 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went during a low peak for wait times according to google and when I got there I was greeted and helped by the friendly pharmacy staff. I was guided to the back and was able to go straight into the doctor's office. The office is certainly an acquired taste, but I knew what to expect based on these reviews. And I was happy with the no wait time, quick and thorough doctor, ability to get your meds asap. If you're willing to "take with a grain of salt" the opinion and perspectives of other people, I found my experience to be an efficient and effective use of both our valued times. Thank you.
