★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Apple just to insure my car, tired after work. Bonny welcomed me and has been amazing - professional, kind and helpful in providing above and beyond customer service. Bonny was so great that he even installed my license plates and helped me to get a document from my bank. This has been the best customer service I have experienced so far! He deserves not 5 but 10 points! Thank you Bonny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajini is pro. I was reluctant as apple insurance office is a bit far from my place, she helped me and resolved the whole issue within few minutes via email. She is the insurance advisor one must ask for. Too good. Overall great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We walked in with no appointment and we were able to get service immediately. The atmosphere is open and friendly. Bonnie welcomed us warmly and promptly helped me transfer ownership of a new car into my name and transfer insurance and plates from my old car to the new one. He even went as far as filling my tea cup with hot water before I left! Thank you very much! I will be happy to do my business here again anytime. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their rates are excellent in comparison with others. We made one auto claim when someone backed into us and it was handled most efficiently and without issue by the staff Sajini. It is also nice to be able to phone and speak to someone immediately without being put on hold. They are the best insurance company we have ever dealt with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my Van Transfer paper (Sold) done today. Changed over with new owner, then returned my plates and had insurance cancelled. "Lakhbis" was fantastic! Everything went well in PERSON! I highly recommend this insurance office. They are professional, Fast & Efficient. The "New Owner" was also very pleased with the service in getting the Transfer, plates & new insurance. Thanks APPLE! Appreciate the excellent service! * They were open 7pm, was much appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I can say is I didn't like the service. I called 3 times to get the information I was looking for and the guy just kept saying. It's taken care of. It wasn't. I will not use their service again and I will tell my family and friends not to either.
