About Apex Trampoline Park
One of the earliest Canadian members of the International Association of Trampoline Parks, Apex joined the IATP.
Our two founders wrote their Level 1 Service Technician tests and became certified by the IATP to maintain trampoline parks, receiving the highest scores in the programs’ history. Two additional staff received certifications in 2017/2018.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You should NOT put the small kids with adults over 300lb to play in same area!! In case if one of them fell down the 3yrs old will be done!!!!! I paid just to watch the kids each two hours and couldn’t play 50% of the time!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to take the kids as an option to burn off energy on the weekend before "back to school". They had a blast. Place was super clean and well maintianed. It was easy to book our time in online so all we had to do upon arrival was check in!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The kids had a blast and would love to go again. I was not as impressed. It was my first time there and I had a b'day party. The staff was very kind and helpful, but I wish there was some other organization for parties. I accidentally signed all of the kids had waivers instead of their parents, I didn't know what to do. Thankfully someone helped me at the desk after I admitted I had no idea what I did. I was very disappointed with the amount of unmasked people upstairs, but there wasn't enough staff to do anything other than clean up, allow people in the pit, or run the till. And how are a bunch of teenagers going to enforce COVID rules with adults who don't seem to care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too crowded, very unorganized, not enough space for the adults to sit and watch their kids. Big kids and little kids all mixed together. Seen a few accident where the big and the little ones crashed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No masks, no sanitizer. Total chaos. Brought my daughter to a birthday party. Immediately felt uncomfortable. We are still in a pandemic. Really??!!!! To be honest it was not enjoyable at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an alright place, kids had an ok time. If you go there be prepared to figure things out on your own if you're new. Or read through the entire website, or ask the staff to explain where your kids can all go. The website seemed to suggest different rates for specific areas, so my kids just stayed in one area, it wasn't until the end of our stay we found out they could pretty much go all over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been wanting to go here for quite some time. It was worth the wait. Went here with the family today. Ages 8-50. All of us jumped. Some a lot more than others. Many different things to go on and do. It was clean and we had a great time as a family.
