Kevin and Victor are extremely knowledgeable trainers, who truly care about your well-being, and will help you reach your full potential through fun yet challenging workouts. I started working out with Victor at Apex in March and for me this is the most effective workout routine I have done. I used to join the regular gyms but either never went or didn't know the right workouts to do there. I like the fact that I don't have to worry about what I have to do since the workouts are all planned out. Victor and Kevin are always paying attention to form to make sure everything is being done correctly. I plan to continue with Apex and am very satisfied with the results I am getting.

My first six months at Apex has shown me how incredibly efficient personal training can be. Two hours of training a week with Victor and Kevin has been way more productive and enjoyable than spending many aimless hours a week in a gym without a personalized training program. Their studio is a friendly and encouraging environment and their focus on proper lifting fundamentals provides a safe foundation for training regardless of a person’s strengths and weaknesses.

I've been training with Victor since 2014. I started out with no form or technique, could not squat more than my bench, and had no experience with workout programs. Through my years of training, I have achieved muscle growth, strength, and mental focus. Victor and the other PTs at Apex the Gym are dedicated to giving each client their own individual program, and creating an environment of semi-private group training. When you're doing your program, it feels like a private training session because they give you feedback, correct your form, and challenge you. I highly recommend Apex the Gym for powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, and strength and conditioning. You will hit PRs, you will sweat, you will see your body composition change. (In this time of COVID-19, Apex the Gym maintains and abides by all social distancing, safety and cleanliness guidelines).

Great gym with really dedicated trainers. They track my progress very closely and ensures my routine is giving me the maximum benefits. I've joined Apex the Gym for over a year now and cannot see my fitness training or my membership with anyone else. The coaches truly care about their clients and encourages us with their tentative training and support. I love that they push me to my limits and help achieve my fitness goals. Thanks Vic and Kev!!

I'm very happy I found Apex. I am old and I was getting fatter and lazier by the day. My biggest concern going back to a gym was doing something dumb (having horrible technique) and injuring myself. It took time but I have proper technique. My coach also explained how we would progress through different movements to move me closer to my goal. The programming is challenging and that's how it should be. Thank you to my coach and the staff for helping me build the right habits in my training. Thank you for your patience and helping me progress each session!

Awesome gym. Very unique semi-personal training format in which there is one Trainer per max. 4 people in hour long sessions. I've been going to Apex for over 2 years and find it works for the following reasons: 1. Accountability - Before joining Apex I'd often be too lazy / tired / busy to make it to the gym. By having scheduled times each week, I am forced to make it a priority. 2. Program Design - When you're on your own, it can be difficult to put together a program. How many reps? Sets? Which exercise, etc.. At Apex the Trainers create a custom program for you based on your goals, and ensure progression. 3. Guidance/form correction - A big fear of lifting heavy weights is getting injured. Having expert Trainers on hand to teach and make corrections ensures that you can push yourself without getting injured. Basically, all the benefits of personal training but actually affordable.

Joining Apex just over a year ago has been one of the best decisions I have made for my health. At 50, I wanted to increase my mobility & strength, and since starting have gained much more than that! Everyone has an individualized plan they are working on from beginner to more advanced. My workouts have kept me challenged while never being too much. The environment is not intimidating, it feels encouraging and safe. Great and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend!
