They called me and said they could not get the front rods loose after heating it 3 times to do any adjustments. When my wife picked up the car the bill was $230 for doing only the rear alignment.

I have used them for over 15 years and have never ever had a complaint. A "Collision" company recommended them to me and said they are exceptional. Their price is reasonable /the service is great and Nacky always gave me a quote before I do the service. 2, I bought a second hand BMW X3 with issue of high pressure pump. I went to BMW to do the test for the issue then back to John with the report. John and Nancy did not take the job for the money, instead they gave me some good suggestions which is good for my part. How can you find such a good business owner who can taking care of people even I did not do this servce in their store. 3, I will highly recommoned Nancy and John to you! Nancy told me that they do not want their customers leave the store with disappointment. 4, This is a family run business with many loyalty clients. Try to phone a appoinment before coming.
