★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a recent experience but about 4 years ago. They had roaches issue after living here for 8 months. They didn't seem to have a good way to address it. On top of that, the carpet was broken when I first moved in, I brought that up when I moved in and their staff agreed to put down a note but they still attempted to charge me later when I moved out.
