The individual bathrooms with showers are a very nice touch, and I've never had to wait. The manager is great and always says hello to everyone as they enter and exit. I would highly recommend this gym - even if only for those amazing views of the mountains.

I do wish the music could be shut off or at least made quiet through: everyone has headphones cranked to drown it out. Taking a star off for that. It's my only complaint, but it's bad :/

Gym looked promising. Prices for just the gym are "Our prices start at 24.14 bi-weekly. This gives you 24/7 access to theclub."

After months of going back and forth with ABC Financial, Anytime Fitness's financial arm, to be able to close an account during a pandemic, I paid money I didn't owe (ABC Financial has multiple departments that do not speak, and ultimately did not acknowledge receipt of my initial requests to terminate membership)... just to close an account. This was completed months ago, and was all due to a total disconnect between the gym and the ABC Financial. Now, months after resolving the problem and paying my "outstanding account balance" I receive a call from a credit collections agency. Again, don't sign up for gym membership here!

Tried to cancel due to covid, after calling 4 times and never getting through, never returned, put a stop payments, they kept charging my account and then sent the bill to credit collections. My credit card company stated that they receive many complaints from this company (not specific location). Sadly, I really liked the gym. Too bad the company overall treats users like $$ and that's it. Horrible practice. Never reached out, and never followed up.

It is clean, the staff are amazing, it has tons of new equipment, you have a gorgeous mountain view and the owner is super responsive and personable. They bring in new equipment requests when asked if they can, they have a tanning bed to use and they have an outdoor patio area to workout that is perfect for summers! Hands down the nicest, cleanest and impressive gym in Cochrane/Calgary area! Great deals too on memberships. They take care of you and treat you like family. Highly recommend!!!
