★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shopping plaza is still under development. It will have 15 retail locations upon completion, and will add some valuable retail space to this developing area. The project was considered to be 60% complete as of May 2015, but it's still not complete. 3 stars due to the delay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of parking spots as most of the plaza is still vacant but a lot of development is still going up around it and they are building the cop shop right across from it. Not a bad spot to lease a unit for future potential as Cochrane expands.
