★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with their agent “Diana”.
If you guys really want to rent out your properties you should put a sell person who is really eager to work.
She is late to respond, hard to find and very cold in person.
She kept looking at her watch all the time that we were checking the place.
We are potential customers but we decided to not go with the 3rd street property because of their agent.

I have worked with a lot of developers and builders over the years, but none have created a better working experience than Anthem Properties. They are professional, fair and honest from from top to bottom. They except high quality work out of their partners and trades, to ensures that the quality of their product is second to none.
They set the standard for how large scale construction projects should be built and it shows in the quality of the homes they build.
