I received an email that my package was delivered and signed for however I never received or signed for anything! I have a front door camera too so I wouldn’t of missed any delivery. Be careful ordering from SHEIN they use this company for delivery! I wouldn’t even give it a star if I could
E	Ellen Milliard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company will wait for the hundreds of bad reviews to pile up, then delete their business from google and re-add it so that the reviews disappear. Tracking doesn’t work, it’s been well over a month that my package has been “out for delivery” (since may 25)… a total scam. beware if you’re purchasing something from zaful or shein in Vancouver! The reviews that were deleted were all orders from shein and I guess zaful has started using them too. Bad bad bad.

C	Charlene Brock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ well so far noooo good!!!! I expected to receive my parcel in my mailbox (private ) or @ least left with 1 of our buildings office staff. No such luck & I tried to email them for info on my parcel's status , the email box is full and there's NO PHONE# listed on any of their sites VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. It seems like their ripping people off with all the packages not being delivered
P	Patricia Ferraro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their delivery people do not know how to use mailboxes or doorbells! They leave packages outside the lockable, secure parcel drop box and within reach of passerby’s every single time. They are also terrible at updating their tracking info so that means I need to be checking outside my house every half hour whenever I think the package might be delivered which translates to me spending 2-3 consecutive days constantly interrupting whatever I am doing to ensure I can retrieve the package before it is stolen (it happened once before). My mailbox / parcel drop box is quite large, it is clearly marked MAIL, it is also easily accessible so I am not sure what else I can do as a consumer. On the other hand, the drivers could simply open the mailbox and drop the package in, it would make all the difference!
