★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not even give this place 1 star, but I have to in order to wright a review. I was bidding on a lot, screen shows me that the high bid is $775 and my current bid is $775. Times out, says I won the lot with a bid of $775. Went to bed thinking I'm a winner and new owner of a wicked little boat! Went to look for the phone number to find out what I needed to get my item home. Thought that I'd take another look at the pictures of the boat before I got her. Look up the lot # and I see the word lost on the picture. Phone in to find out that the boat was already picked up. And told there was nothing they could do for me. Must have been a computer problem. Worst experience of my life! Gutted!! Not my first online auction, but my last with these clowns.

My recent purchases from Annette auction were handled perfectly. Well represented, displayed, and described, the auction went smoothly, and the purchase was easy and intuitive. Fun and rewarding! I do miss the in-person auctions as the Annette live auction experience was always a blast, however, the ability to attend the auction remotely is hard to beat.
