β β β β β If you're looking for quality service and excellent prices on goods this place is worth checking out. I had an issue with one of the coil nailers, as there was a mixup, and the owner of the shop kindly allowed me to make an exchange. Wow! I think most places would have simply said "final sale, no exceptions." Merian (owner) really cares and knows his products well.

β β β β β Would give zero stars if I could. I bought a DSLR from these guys 2 weeks ago for 300$. I went through some crazy rough times and basically had to write off my car. I called this guy and I told him the situation and asked if I could pawn my camera for a couple weeks and he would NOT give me more that 50$ the camera is worth over 500 so he offered me 10% pretty sure pawn shops have to do at least 25%. Do not waste your time or money on these guys they do not deserve it whatsoever. Highway robbery.

β β β β β After looking for a pawnbroker online I found their advertisement that stated they will give collateral loans on all things of value and that they deal in jewellery, gold, etc. When I went to the shop, walked in and showed them my $17,000 Panerai Watch in its solid wooden official carrying case (plus I had original purchase receipt and official authorized appraisal done by reputable fine jeweller and all other documentation that stated the value.) they turned me away and told me they donβt deal in watches. Wasted my time and the long drive.

β β β β β This place is a joke. I pawned off my tools and he didn't want them. I have been there four times and did the miss a pawn.. he took in my tools and claimed he didn't want them at all. Gave me the bottom Buck for it. I recently looked in my wallet and my due date was February 26 2016. I called him on March 8th 2016 to talk about it.. he wants 400 dollars more than what I got.. he won't extend my contract. He won't give me a deal to buy them back. He also won't do a payment plan. I call and he won't pick up the phone. Playing big baby on the other side. How can someone run a business like this. If I knew he was a slum I wouldn't of brought my stuff there. Beware of this joke pawnshop.

β β β β β Came here today after seeing a Craigslist ad for a Wii U bundle. Owner and an employee that we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. The owner let us try out the Wii U with a couple games to make sure it was working well, he even threw in a game for free. My husband spent some time looking at their tools selection, which they have a lot of.
I've never visited a pawn shop before and this place was a great first experience.
Definitely recommend!

β β β β β If you are shopping around for a guitar, don't go out of your way to check out this place...the guy will not even let you in the store....waste of time... I'll purchase my guitar somewhere else.

β β β β β I try to take all my items here, although I live In Burnaby and recently don't have a car...
But the owner is awesome, knows his stuff (especially music equipment), and treats me like a human being.
MetroPawn is a 3 min walk and I hate having to go there. I can't wait to get the 2 items out of there...MetroPawn won't even take items that Annacis takes and gives me more than expected.
Highly recommend. And if you're a musician/producer, talk to the owner. He's got a lot of knowledge and is fun to talk to, I learn something new every time. Totally worth the drive. I'm taking a cab out there to get my switch this week.
MetroPawn wouldn't take my PS4, Ibanez Guitar., Nintendo Switch...I can cgo on forever. Items I've pawned in Seattle all the time and most items Annacis takes.

Who carries that? What on earth?
A guy who basically makes a living extorting people and raising prices amd marking up prices calls me a thief... not impressed
These places will go out of business! Amazon and online markets are taking over you scams!
