★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not satisfactory. Refuses to listen to customers request for specific style or preferences. Cuts hair to suit herself and dictates to customer what he or she wants according to Angie. If you like your hair avoid this service. Very upset with what she did to my hair.

She listened to what I wanted, put tremendous care and effort into getting my hair into a better, shinier, more colorful state, and even gave me some tips! Definitely satisfied and will be looking forward to my next visit.
