N	Natalia Saxvik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE WORST RUG CLEANERS ON THIS PLANET! I am absolutely speechless of poor quality of your cleaning. I usually use "Granville carpets" but discovered your company on Internet. Due to the fact that you provide a pick up service I decided to book you to clean my three area rugs. I paid $558. The rugs were delivered few days later. I did not check them upon the delivery because could never expect that somebody would charge that much money and tell me that he has been in business for 30 years and yet deliver completely untouched dirty rugs. One of the smaller yellow rugs had dog's hair, dust and pieces of dirt. That was condition of this rug when I gave it to you. It showed me that this rug was not even vacuumed. I wonder if you even opened it. The large yellow rug was full of dust and still had some stained spots . The fibres of the rug were pushed down. I seen this carpet when it was professionally cleaned by other company. It looked almost new. The only rug which looks like that you attempted to clean was the pink rug. Although it looked better than other two rugs I wood still be re-cleaning due to a few not cleaned spots. At this point I am requesting a full refund . I took my rugs to the Granville carpets to clean them properly. They confirmed that rugs were not cleaned. You absolutely wasted my time and money and refused to give me the refund. I will let my credit card to deal with recovering funds. Please DO NOT OFFER YOUR SERVICE TO CLEAN CARPETS IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO CLEAN OR DO NOT KNOW HOW!! Natalia Saxvik

They even moved furniture around if it was movable to clean under it. Also awesome deal on the price too. So happy with the results! Now my house is ready for the holidays. However there was no reason for doubt whatsoever. It was refreshing to have someone over who was enthusiastic and loved his job. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We are near Fort Langley and they picked up and delivered. He brought the rugs back in a week all clean and with the colours all brought back to life again. It was a pleasure dealing with Angelo's and would go back there again whenever necessary. Wonderful job.

When I follow up 45 minutes past my appointment time I speak to an extremely rude gentleman who states I did not answer my phone to confirm their service and they were not coming??? When I complained I had no warning when booking that they simply wouldn't show up if I missed a call from them he told me to '"find someone else". I will most definitely be doing that.
