β β β β β Walked in to get my nails dipped. Have had it done at least 10 times from different salons. First off, I assumed I would be there max 30 min. I asked for a light pink dipping powder and received a reddish pink. The gentlemen had taken 5 minutes on the first nail so, I didnβt say anything because I was short on time and the color was nice (just not what I wanted)
He then made the mistake of using the bonding nail coat instead of finishing coat TWICE!
After an hour, and my nails were complete he charged me $50.85, I tipped him because, I am a stylist and I know what itβs like to take time on a client and receive nothing. It is now the following Tuesday and I have had 2 nails shatter! I am so disappointed!
I wasted $50 and am now using acetone swabs with tin foil to remove myself!
I did call however and speak to him personally. Customer service is not his strong suit. Never going back there again!

β β β β β Walked in to get 2 nails fix after getting them done at anther place 2 days ago! They where really nice and did a great job. Even took the time to find a close colour to what I had on!
They are petty clean with keeping there tool sanitized!

β β β β β I went here for the first time today due to the great remarks on here and I am definitely satisfied! Eddy did my nails and he took his time to make sure they were perfect! Despite it being close to closing time, he made sure my nails were flawless and did not rush. I definitely recommend this salon! Everyone was very hospitable and they produced quality work!

β β β β β First time to this nail spa and I will be back. I had a shellac pedicure done. Very friendly, comfortable, clean and professional. They did an excellent job on my toes. They had more polish colour choices than I have ever seen at any other nail establishment. I am definitely going back. Very happy I tried them!

β β β β β The guy who did my nails tore my cuticles so bad that they are bleeding. Also shaping of nails weren't consistent they all looked different and he couldn't do the simple design I showed him. In the end I wasted 60$ for acrylics that I ended up having to take off the same night! Because 1st they were painful and currently still in pain after taking them off. 2nd they weren't cute at all. Hands were looking worse than when I came in. Will not be going here again.

β β β β β I went here this past weekend because of the great Google reviews and am starting to think I went to a different salon... I booked 2 shellac manicures and when we showed up for our appointment, only one tech was available. My mom had to wait over 15 minutes and was even done long before me. Her tech did not remove the pieces of polish from her previous manicure and instead painted over them. As for mine, no two nails are the same shape. My technician did not understand the length I wanted (finger tip length.. really not difficult) and after asking her 3 times and her barely making an attempt to file my nails down to preferred length, I gave up. She refused to fix a small chip on my actual nail, which will likely make my polish peel in a few days. The polish also looks lumpy even though the bottle was brand new and I watched them take it out of the box. I am NEVER going there again and I suggest you save your money and spend elsewhere!!

β β β β β i usually go there to get leg waxes or arm waxes and acrylics because theyre right beside my house, and i love it!! the owners are THE BEST and they do so good with waxing or with acrylics. i love them so muchhhhh

β β β β β Went in for a walk-in today and was served almost instantly. I previously had dip on and they thoroughly took it off for an easy dip application. Eddy did an amazing job! The shine and precision was on point! This will definitely be my go-to nail place from now on!
