★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My gosh! I met with Andy a few weeks back, and honestly...I'm a changed woman. Not only did he literally field 20 questions I had about nutrition, but he also set me up with a solid CUSTOM plan - unique to my likes and dislikes - to move forward with.
I've eaten more lentils, fish + almonds since we met than I ever have before, and I just feel great. Point is, if you want to take your health more seriously than you are now, or you simply want a trusted, educated opinion in the food space, sit down with Andy. You'll be glad you did!
