Andrew was very observant going through the house and picked up on many details that he identified as selling features as well as anticipating possible objections. When I arrived for my house hunting trip the market had swallowed up 20 of the 23 properties I was interested in, almost over night. Andrew was able to quickly adapt and overcome the sudden market adjustment. His connections and background networking were able to pinpoint and predict all the obstacles that would have caused problems. I really believe that Andrew cares about the long term happiness and well being of our family. A few times Andrew talked us out of a property, which extended our search, but ultimately got us into a much better house. I would whole wholeheartedly recommend working with Andrew!
