★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place in town to get used books hands down. I've gotten so many old books that I've wanted to read or heard about. The staff is friendly, funny, and very knowledgeable. If you are looking for a particular book there is a chance they could have it or they can keep their eyes out. I've gotten several books like that. There's books for any type of reader there, and DVDs and videos too if you looking for old ones or to add to the collection.
Overall great place for books. The atmosphere is cozy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had a great time \visiting this Wonderful Book Store in Kamloops and come back for a load of books fairly often 3 to 4 times a year.
100 times better than TV for real entertainment. And no Commercials.

Well, we drove through a forest fire, and the resulting smoke left our outdoor plans in embers, so we decided to check out some indie bookstores as an alternative.
The gentleman who ran the store was very friendly and helpful. We found a ton of books at reasonable prices, and if I had the time, I could spend all day there chatting his ear off. I don't know what it is, but used bookstores seem to attract the coolest people.
Would definitely risk perishing in the flames of the summer of '21 again for this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This book store idiscriminates against dissabled people. I have a mask exemption and was refused service and asked to leave . The employee treated me horribly and should be fired. The owner should read the law and teach the employees to have respect for dissabled persons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience at this store, staff were very kind and accommodating in helping me look for the books I needed (having a digital inventory is such a great idea). One small complaint is that they said they'd email me as to whether they could locate a certain book in inventory and never emailed me :( Still quite happy with the service I received in store though!
Also it's great that they offer curbside pickup for people with mask exemptions. Please ignore salty, entitled reviews from people complaining about the store's mask policy.
