★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ms. Lau brought an infectious enthusiasm to her work with our son. She was well prepared and led him through his lessons using lots of reinforcement and fun games. He loved his sessions and felt very comfortable with Ms. Lau from their first meeting. While teaching him how to make the proper sounds, she also taught me how to cue him and how we should practice at home. Our son made rapid progress working with her. We were excited to see such significant improvements in each session. We would highly recommend Ms. Lau to anyone.

She helped my son develop fun ways to make new sounds and he is now at his grade level and easy to understand (and if we forget I just tell him to use his good sounds). Ottawa's loss, Vancouver's gain!

She engaged very well with him and we made some great gains, we are sad she moved away.
Andrea always listened to suggestions from me and I find that rare in therapists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful experience with Andrea. She came with so much care and positive energy to every session. My son is very shy and doesn't talk to new people. Andrea let his big sister come into our first appointment and treated them equally until he was comfortable on his own. My son loved going to his appointments Andrea made them a session of fun games he had no idea he was learning!

My daughter immediately took to Andrea and her kindness and was able to talk to her and learn to be more comfortable with her speech. Each session, there were games geared toward her, and my daughter loved going to speech therapy! Andrea is professional, kind and especially good at keeping my daughter focused on task! After only a few sessions she was showing improvement! Happy to say that she is now thriving in grade 1 and talks so much even the teacher has to tell her to be quiet sometimes!!
