After the first lesson with Andrea, my daughter did her practice at home. After an hour of non-stop practising (which rarely occurs), she stood up and exclaimed, “Andrea is the greatest piano teacher in the world!” I was amazed. Andrea explains things very clearly. She also tells stories of the music composers so students can better understand the piece of music and express the emotions musically. Andrea’s background as an adjudicator at various music festivals also helps my daughter make a big leap forward in her performing skills for her RCM exams. Andrea knows what error or imperfection needs to be fixed, how to fix it easily and follows up to discourage reoccurrence. Taking lessons with Andrea has resulted in improvements like night and day. Thank you, Andrea for everything!
