V	Viva Mac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by just to check out the store. Jennifer educated me on their various machines and the services the store offers, she was patient and attentive, I am actually considering a model she demonstrated for me.
R	Rachael on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrific experience. Terrible customer service, they called the Bride a liar. The Bride’s gown was hemmed on the bottom, and there was a decorative band on the bottom that was removed to hem, and never put back on the dress. Then they told the Bride that it never existed, even though we had photo proof. So it was never replaced, the Bride accepted that because there was nothing that could be done at that point... But it continues.. When the bride went for her first dress fitting she accidently left her shoes behind, and the owner phoned the bride to.. and i quote.. “to give her HECK” Who says that?? They were very unkind. They also claimed to have called and left us messages, but no messages were ever seen on the Bride’s phone. We even confirmed the phone number they had on file. It was almost an argument on the phone because the lady got so flustered when we told her we recieved no messages, she was incredibly defensive. And on top of it all, they told us when to come back for the dress, so we called ahead of time to make a pick up time, and they had forgotten which dress we were talking about, and had to postpone the alterations another full day. We literally had to pick up the dress on our way out of town to the wedding...At the end of the day they did a good job of the work, but they were a nightmare to deal with. Please consider somewhere else.
T	Two Horns & A Halo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally have never brought anything to this place due to the fact that I know multiple women that have brought in special occasion dresses (Grad dress/Wedding dress) and each and everytime it was an awful experience for them. One friend of mine had to have the front of her dress tiered because they cut the fabric unevenly and that was the only way to (somewhat!) salvage it. My best friend really struggled to get any response or communication from them in regards to when her wedding dress alterations were going to be done...Resulting in her getting back her dress literally just DAYS before her wedding. Never heard any positive feedback about them from anyone I know. Do what you wish but I will most definitely go elsewhere!
C	Clare Watkins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No pushy sales tactics, nothing was too much trouble , even though I only anticipated buying an inexpensive machine when I walked in. I ended up buying a pricier model, having tried out many different machines. Whilst the advice I recieved was invaluable, my decision to spend more was based on the performance of the machine itself. The machine I wanted to trial was out of stock on my first visit, but a member of staff took my details and phoned me back when promised. The customer service was friendly and knowledgeable and I felt my custom was valued. Thank you.

I walked in to get my jacket altered this morning and the gentleman that seems to always be at Anderson's Sewing told me, "He couldn't help me because he wasn't the seamstress". I then asked him, "What time the two ladies that do the alterations would be coming in or how to contact them directly?". Since he said he has nothing to do with the business and there was nothing he could help me with. He then answered the phone and took a message but refused to help me out at all. He then proceeded to tell me, "Too bad" and rolled his eyes at me. I do like the lady Jennifer that sews here but I can no longer support coming here after being treated so poorly. I went to Thompson Tailors and they helped me right away with a smile and thanked me for coming in. I felt so grateful to be treated kindly.
K	Kirstyn Sigouin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my Necchi here - with little knowledge of sewing machines. I am trying to learn and I had my older machine serviced. I called ahead to ask some questions - and the staff members seemed alright. I dropped my machine off and no timeline was given of when it would be ready. Over a week went by and I called to check on the status. The staff was very rude - explaining how extremely busy they were. I gave it another week and called again and it still hasn’t even been looked at. The young girl was extremely pleasant and very sweet and helpful. I left it there to be completed which took yet another week and a half. I just picked up my machine and the man had atrocious manners and service. He was very rude to his other staff there. I would never recommend this place based on the terrible service. I most definitely understand if you are busy but you can still treat people with kindness - especially when they are a paying customer. I definitely will not be returning.
N	Noreen sinclair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my pfaff sewing machine in and there has been a problem for quite some time with the machine not starting up right away and they were able to fix it and now it works good as new. I would highly recommend taking your machine in he knows what to do. I will definitely be taking my machine there for service all the time
S	Stephanie H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charlene did a wonderful job making my wedding dress fit, with hemming, adjusting the straps, taking it in, and adjusting the bust area. After the initial fitting, I found it was too small, and brought it back. She listened to my concerns and made it perfect for no additional charge. The price for her skills were affordable, and her expertise was well worth it! I am very happy with the results!
