★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After going through a really hard year in 2019, Anchoridge has been a wonderful resource to work through a lot both from then and from earlier periods of my life, and I really appreciated how thoughtful they were about pairing me up with a therapist that specifically had experience helping with the things that I went through. I've been having regular sessions with Natasha since then, and it's led me to breakthroughs that have helped me deal with the repercussions of trauma in my everyday life. I couldn't recommend Anchoridge enough to anyone looking for therapy, whether it be in response to something specific or just for general maintenance reasons.
