â â â â â I made my reservation 2 months in advance for my daughters bday to assure I have an inflatable game reserved. 2 weeks prior to my event, I sent a reminder email to confirm everything is still ok with my reservation and only then did they advise me they made a mistake and I actually have no reservation in place (again 2 weeks away from our event). They didnt have any "commercial" games available, so we had to scramble to find another company...1 star because they couldnt make a reservation and made no effort to advise us in advance. Imagine if I never sent that reminder email...
