In fact, Amina was more likely to point out disadvantages with certain properties, and once we found the right place, she was a big help in negotiating the contract and conditions, and coordinating the property inspection for us. I had met her a few years back through a mutual friend and she had impressed me as a woman who was very professional and knew her business - the real estate business. She met me several times and provided nicely done brochures with description that described the wonderful features of my home I hadn't even thought of. She did a great job of showing my home. She would tell me honestly and frankly, when it wasn't a good idea to make an offer, which is a rare trait in a real estate agent. I felt that she didn't prioritize making money and making her client happy was very important to her. She is ethical, patient, and extremely diligent. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a house and especially a first time buyer.
