Scott is the person who removed all of my negative mindsets about 'realtors' ?. I and my husband Abhishek started looking for our first home, totally novice, don't know what to do, whom to trust. Meeting Scott was a funny incident, but it worked out very well. As a realtor, he is the most helpful and patient person. He never rush us, showed as many as home we asked for, never pressurized us for buying. The best thing we love about Scott that he is more 'friend' than a so called 'realtor' to us. I would say, he is a 'friendly professional realtor' ?. We both love you scott! Scott was very much helpful to many things. He even teach us how to judge a house or what to look at, where to put attention. Scott was very flexible with timings as well. We went to see houses after work hours and weekends. We went with Scott while shopping for our new house and he exceeded our expectations in every way. When searching for properties with our wants and needs he truly went the extra mile to make sure everything we were shown was well within our parameters. He was always came incredibly prepared and knowledgeable about the properties he showed us, even when it was a last minute request. It was a great experience!!! I was very immature and almost had zero knowledge as a first time home buyer. Scott is very sincere about his work and is a reliable person. Scott and I first started talking over the Oilers. I didn't really have a plan to buy a house immediately but I knew eventually it would be something in the works. I would casually and randomly send him questions about the market and his thoughts about certain properties and he would always respond in a timely manner, open and honest every time. Eventually when we decided to buy, Scott was without question my first call(and I have real-estate agent friends) We were first time home buyers and we didn't know the first thing about buying a home. Scott always took the time to answer any question, look up any information and was always ready to make the drive to show us a property. I believe we looked at 5 homes before we found our house. Every single time Scott was in a great welcoming mood, very helpful with pointing out certain elements/features of the property and honestly just a genuine guy who wanted to help us find a place to call home. When we finally came across our house he helped with anything and everything he could, he made the process so smooth and easy, he may of been more excited than us when everything was signed and done. You could call it the red carpet treatment or as close as you could get. Long winded but we would recommend Scott to anyone buying or selling a home hands down. Had an excellent experience once I chose Scott to represent me in the sale of my home. I first contacted him about five months prior to actually being ready to list. Even tho we had not formally entered a contract for those five months he easily communicated, provided market insights, advice and opinions no matter what I asked how often or time of day he was extremely responsive. Once I was actually ready to get the house on the market he came / viewed / added insight into ways to help with showing he has a good eye for things. The photos he took himself for the listing were on point / showed the property very well and led to an incredible amount of interest in only one week on the market. 8 days on market and the house was pending, 5 weeks and the deal was completed- possession and all. Scott made it an incredibly easy smooth process even tho I was out of the country for part of the time. Thank you Scott. I will recommend you to others, and I don’t take that lightly.
