★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très déçue du service du magasin de Maniwaki qui avait nos électroménagers en entrepôt et réservés pour nous, avec une date de livraison dans quelques semaines. Une fois le temps venu de faire livrer, ils ont donné notre réfrigérateur à un autre client qui a acheté après nous. Depuis janvier que nous attendions nos électroménagers et maintenant nous nous retrouvons à devoir attendre on ne sait combien de temps pour commander une autre réfrigérateur!!! Vraiment pas impressionné de leur façon de faire et nous n'irons plus chez Branchaud à l'avenir!!
 Very disappointed with the service from the Maniwaki store, which had our appliances in storage and reserved for us, with a delivery date in a few weeks. When it was time to have it delivered, they gave our fridge to another customer who bought after us. Since January we have been waiting for our appliances and now we find ourselves having to wait who knows how long to order another refrigerator!!! Really not impressed with their way of doing things and we won't be going to Branchaud again in the future!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a good furniture store... But I had issues with delivery:I could not get the bed I bought delivered because I had a bit of snow on my driveway (they would not even try)... I had to drive down to the delivery truck and pick up my bed. They seemed to be in a rush.
