★ ★ ★ ★ ★ *This store has gone downhill since it opened over a decade ago. Staff unfriendly, huddled around their cash desk. Not a single associate or manager acknowledged my presence.
*Their security system for clothing does not work - aka all the security tags are bogus. Kleptomaniacs dream landscape... will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saturday December 7th, me and my mom went to this store and I fainted in front of the cashiers. Cam, Ifrah and Ashley were the most amazing people for us, they kept my mom calm, brought me water, an iced pack and a cold cloth. They were calm enough so that the customers didn't freak out, they didn't dramatize the situation and did everything they could to support us in getting the help we needed to get out of that situation safely. This was a first for Cam as he said, and his way of getting me timbits was a great way to lighten up the situation just in case it helped. Great job to all of you, thank you so much for everything you did for me and my mother, we'll for sure be coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to love shopping here, staff was always friendly and seemed to love their jobs. Went to shop there recently and saw the manager being rude and unfriendly with her own workers. The general environment has decreased from having motivated and helpful staff, to young employees that just seem to be either quite defeated or poorly trained.
