★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inspector did very generic inspection. Recommended obvious problems (stairs being outside being uneven, checked running water etc.) I would not recommend using Al as he forgot his infrared camera and did not come back after we paid full price. He also missed many things (visible electrical deficiencies, pressure tank malfunctioning, could not identify the water softener) that we are know paying thousands of dollars to repair. This company relies on their computer program to fill out the inspection. It is basically a checklist that anybody with basic knowledge could figure out.
