David was incredibly kind, professional, knowledgeable, and just VERY good at what he does. Went above and beyond in checking out the home and did a lot of things even my realtor hadn’t seen before (air quality check, provides ozone treatment for additional cost). You get a massively detailed report (with amazing quality photos) outlining everything that he found and for most of them advice on how to repair it! I can’t see it being better than him, he is the home inspector you need.
