We did the day of coordination package and she was on the ball taking over the vendor communications the month leading up to the event. She gave us so much guidance and made the day run flawlessly (seriously, I didn’t need to worry about anything or follow up with anyone the day of the event). We highly recommend Amelia!!

I am currently in the early stages of planning my wedding and Amelia has helped me narrow down key details. I never realized how overwhelming wedding planning could be because I naturally love to plan events for my family and friends. There are many factors to consider and to nail down before moving forward in planning. Amelia helped me to slow down, brush off the feeling of being overwhelmed, and pointed me in the right direction. She guided me through the different wedding planning benefits of each season, which wedding dates I prefer, and the first draft of my guest list. Until you sit down and think about every detail that goes into planning a wedding, you don’t realize how many decisions there are to make. Having Amelia with me through every step of the way, so far, has been exactly what I need. Her knowledge of wedding planning and attention to detail is impressive. I can call her at any time with a question and she is so responsive. I cannot wait for my wedding day and I am at ease knowing Amelia will be there through it all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amelia is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! If you are debating hiring a wedding coordinator – HIRE AMELIA. A few weeks prior to our small cottage wedding, I quickly realized we were going to need an extra set of hands on the day of our wedding. I contacted Amelia to ask about her services and as I didn’t require some of the services included in the “Day of Coordination” package, Amelia worked with me to establish a very reasonable price for the services I did require. She took the time to have a couple of initial meetings with me prior to my wedding, even coming out to my cottage to run through a trial set-up. On my wedding day, she worked wonders setting up all of my décor (and there was a lot to be done), preparing and setting out food, coordinating people/music/guests/photographers/ etc., all while continuing to check-in on the well-being of others. I actually don’t know how she managed to do everything she did, but she did it ALL. Literally made magic happen. She even brought the most beautiful props that I could use for pictures out of the kindness of her heart. I will be recommending her services to everyone and anyone I can. Our wedding would not have been the same without her. Thank you a million times over for all of your incredible and hard work <3

She solved multiple problems for me with ease and also did many behind the scene setup items that I wouldn't have had time to do the day of. I was on the fence about hiring a coordinator and I have zero regrets of doing so! Amelia is AMAZING.

In the meetings with her prior to my wedding she helped me to identify details I hadn’t thought of, which was a huge help to me. On the day of, things ran super smoothly and I was so grateful to have her as a point person throughout the day. My partner and bridal party were also very impressed with Amelia and were grateful for her guidance before the ceremony. I couldn’t recommend Amelia and her assistant Selena enough! Even when we wanted to change directions and find specific chairs which were practically rented out across the city, she helped track them down! She listened to what our vision was, what the needs were, what the stressors and pressures were, and brought comfort and knowledge. Letting go and trusting someone with one of life's biggest events is hard to do, but she was confident and asked lots of questions to ensure we were all on the same page. Thank you Amelia for all your hard work. It was one hot day, one of the hottest this past summer, and yet she did everything with a smile on her face. Thank you so much for the literal sweat that went into making our wedding the day that we always dreamed of. It was beautiful and perfect. YOU ARE AMAZING!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amelia was fantastic as our wedding coordinator. I was truly stress free on the days leading up to the wedding, as Amelia contacted all of our vendors confirmed deliveries and conducted our dress rehearsal. We had a large wedding party, and Amelia did a great job at organizing the ceremony procession, and communicating with everyone. Amelia also provided suggestions and recommendations as she is experienced in wedding planning, however I appreciated that she always put myself and my husband's vision first. If you are looking for a stress free wedding day, I would definetly recommend her!
