★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a new owner of a very old home, I was working to put in an attic hatch when I discovered some insulation that I thought might be vermiculite (containing Asbestos) and naturally got very concerned. A consultant and his team came for an inspection (free of charge) and was extremely helpful. He was calm and reasonable and helped give me advice about my project without raising all kinds of alarm bells that would cost me thousands of dollars. I highly recommend this service!!!
