★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had very bad experience with them. Recently I visited their shop with my friend for buying a gold chain for his wife.Their customer service was so poor. There was a lady who behave so rude and she giving attitude to us. After buying the chain she didn't even open the main door,she waited us for long and she opened the door only after I requested for and she was very rude to us. I never ever go back to that shop and never recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Won't give even single star for this store. Worst customer experience, the lady is toooo rude, not at all approachable. Always demand money in cash. We bought 700$ worth gold locket and earrings, she din show or explain the price breakdown, she did not even let us try the earring, they have very limited designs. We gave gold chain for laser soldering, they took forever, that lady said 25$ for the repair, when we came to pick up, she demands 40$ and demand the money in cash. No integrity. Please don't buy gold from here.

Ali Bhai has amazing customer service skills— he’s very kind and helpful and great at what he does. He never makes you feel rushed and takes his time with his customers. We feel assured making our purchases with him, and it’s always a pleasure to shop here!
