★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked Ambiance 3 months ago, called this week to confirm and all details were up to date. Driver was early and super patient when we wanted to take pictures (of course, lol!). He knew the best way to get around all this crazy construction. I would book them again in a heartbeat!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambience Limousines provided an excellent service on the day of our daughter’s wedding. Very courteous and patient driver Tony made this trip very special. Tuxedo, white gloves, red carpet and champagne, everything was as promised. We would like to thank Robert who was very responsive and helpful when we needed his assistance. Both RR Silver Cloud and Jaguar Packard, we rented were perfect wedding cars and in impeccable condition. The price was fair as well.

My husband and I hired this company for our wedding. I'm attaching the email sent to the owner, ROBERT VALIANTE detailing our experience; to this day, no response or acknowledgement which is highly unprofessional and disappointing.
"Hello Robert,
I hope you're doing well.
I am writing to you in regards of our wedding that was on September 19 2020 and the experience we had with the drivers.
As I am sure they already mentioned to you, our experience was memorable for all the wrong reasons.
The drivers that arrived at my house were both on time and my initial impression was positive. All of that changed when we missed our first exit to the ceremony site. After that, the next 45 minutes were a complete disaster.
My limousine driver missed 2 more exits and we were 45 minutes late to the ceremony. The driver had a GPS, there was no traffic and I also mentioned which exit to take, therefore there was no reasonable excuse to why we were so late.
If this isn't enough, the driver for the white limousine ran out of gas in the middle of the road. He left the car to go get a tank of gas and when he came back, he simply apologized, as if we were running 5 minutes late for any other event.
Our ceremony was starting at 13:30, we only arrived at 14:15 and there was another ceremony starting at 14:30 so we had to rush things.
I only found out about the gas incident after my husband paid in full and even gave the drivers a very generous tip.
There is no excuse for this incident and lack of professionalism, I am extremely disappointed by your drivers and the service they provided.
I look forward to hearing back from you and I would like a compensation for this very memorable experience"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an amazing time with Ambiance Limousine! Tony, our chauffeur, was so nice and made sure we were completely satisfied. He made our experience that much better and his mood really set the tone for a great experience! The limo was clean and we were able to connect our music which was perfect. Also, Robert, the manager I believe, was very accommodating to our time and request. 10/10 would recommend!

My wife forgot her shoes in the car and Robert also went above and beyond making sure that we got them back and didn't have to go out of our way. Thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After speaking with with three Limo companies in Montreal, we hired Ambiance Limousines for our daughters wedding Oct 2,2021. Sam was really nice to deal with over the phone and then in person when we signed the contract. The driver's name was Tony and he arrived on time and was very professional. He took great care of the Bridal Party. I would highly recommend this company.
