★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deux entretiens qui se passent bien, un avec un recruteur puis avec le manager du recruteur pour assurer les matchs dans l'équipe (utile ?). Les deux se sont bien passés.
Suite à ça, un troisième entretien pour un test technique en perspective puis plus rien. Malgré mes appels et mails pour les relancer je ne connaîtrais jamais la raison de ce no match.
Les valeurs d'Amaris :
Commitment (engagement) : Raté, quand on s'engage sur un processus de recrutement on va jusqu'au bout.
Trust (confiance) : Clairement un exemple pour ne pas leur faire confiance.
Boldness (audace) : C'est audacieux de leur part d'engager un processus et de l'arrêter alors que ça se passe bien.
Independence (indépendance) : C'est pas faux, et autant qu'ils le restent.
Performance (performance) : On peut pas dire le contraire, j'ai perdu mon temps et aux aussi. Bravo la perf !
En bref à éviter.
Two interviews going well, one with a recruiter and then with the recruiter's manager to ensure the team matches (useful?). Both went well.
Following that, a third interview for a technical test in perspective and then nothing. Despite my calls and emails to restart them I would never know the reason for this no match.
The values of Amaris:
Commitment: Failed, when we embark on a recruitment process we go to the end.
Trust: Clearly an example for not trusting them.
Boldness: It's daring on their part to start a process and stop it when it's going well.
Independence: It is not false, and as much as they remain it.
Performance (performance): We can not say the opposite, I wasted my time and too. Bravo the perf!
In short to avoid.

So the third time when they called, I saved my time to do Something fruitful.
