I had Amanda go out and check properties on my behalf and she provided me all the information I needed to make a decision. Based on her recommendations I found an amazing home and she steered me clear of some properties that looked good in the photos but had serious issues. If you want a knowledgeable/helpful and professional realtor look no further. She also provided me a lot of useful information to help with my transition to a new city. I highly recommend her services.

I was hoping to work with someone who shared my vision of "home" and Amanda's bio really spoke to me. Amanda was quick to respond and we were looking at homes within a couple of days. Although I gave her a bit of a challenge with my wants and my budget, Amanda really came through for me and found me the perfect home! She was a joy to work with and I truly felt that she was on my team! I highly recommend Amanda to everyone who is interested in purchasing or selling a home. Amanda was always up to date on the latest market status, gave us excellent tips to get our house market ready and was hyper organized through the whole process.
