Do not buy any unit from them ( very poor finishing , poor customer services ,using cheap materials that do not last long , poor electricity and the list is really long and goes on ) .. I regret buying from them and selling my property soon enough . I would suggest to buy from Daniel or Tridal and avoid this company at all costs .

I called many times and was finally put in touch with Rajeev who said he is the customer service manager. He is rude, abrasive and arrogant. He was not willing to help a customer at all. I am very disappointed in how we were treated. I guess Rajeev is new as I was used to dealing with Grahame and his team, who weren't great, but at least they were respectful, nice and tried to help. I hope someone gets back to me so I can get my very minor issue resolved. UPDATE Still have heard nothing. This guy Rajeev and this company are a joke! I would never buy a suite again from them, or recommend them to anyone! Way better builders who build quality units and will actually take care of their customers.
F	Franklin Puello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On January 22nd 2017 I bought a condo unit in Mississauga on the PSV2 building. At the time of the purchase I was told that closing would be in June 2017. I was requested to provide ten (10) postdated cheques covering the interest of the balance between the price of the unit and the first payment, condo fees and property taxes. The interest rate applied by Amacon was higher than the mortgage rate that I negotiated with the bank at the time of the purchase. Since July 2017 I have been asking (many times) for the closure date without any response. The interest rates have been increased two times by the government impacting the mortgage interest hat I will have to, pay. Today, one year later I still don't have a closure date, nor an explanation of what's going on or the reason why we haven't closed yet. For about a year I have been paying interests to Amacon at a higher rate and have not been able to start paying my mortgage, which now has a higher interest rate. On the other hand, the quality of the unit is very poor. There were too many deficiencies, which took too long to get fixed, requiring multiple access to the the unit. I am very disappointed with Amacon and would not do business with them again.

Y	Yun Liang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor craftsmanship. Awful customer service. Very defensive attitude and plays games to avoid warranty coverage. My hardwood floor had several bulging and gaps when I took possession. Their service representative, Sandy, told me it's because I didn't pay enough to buy a glued-on floor. In fact, the floor bulged because the door frames and drywall siding was tightly pressing on the floor, leaving the floor no room to expand. The floor pieces eventually popped open. When their service representative came to check out the damage, in stead of checking the floor, she took picture of my thermostats. Later they claimed that I failed to maintain the temperature and humidity, therefore the floor bulging was on me. I eventually had to fix the floor at my own cost. What a bunch of bullies!
