Absolutely the worst customer service. Didn't even make it past reception as she was very rude.

From start to finish this company was top notch. When we realized we had leaking eavestrough we started asking around about who we should hire. We ended up using AM Group of Companies based on research and referrals from neighbors. They inspected our roof and attic while they were here and had a very professional presentation. Vicky and Andy in the Collingwood were great to deal with and the crew that changed our eavestrough was amazing spending extra time making sure the yard was clean after the install. A final inspection was done after the job was complete and as a token of appreciation we received 2 amazing coffee mugs and a personalized thank you card. I highly recommend using this company. UPDATE So it has now been 9 months since we ordered our patio door (read comments below) and we were finally informed that our door arrived at the shop last Wednesday Sept 22). Not a happy ending yet... at this point they are unable to confirm an installation date..... yeah you got it, waited 9 months for the door to arrive and the best they can do is "pencil in" an installation 13 days after reception of the door! Total lack of professionalism - I would never do the disservice of recommending them to anyone. Dear Sir, Although I do not agree with most of the commitments outlined on your website, I object particularly to the “Exceptional Customer Service” statement. Let me explain. Late December 2020, my husband and I contracted your company (Collingwood office) to customize two bay windows and a patio door. Although the price tag was notably higher than some of your competitors, we felt it was justified by the quality of the products and the commitment we received from your salesman. Assuming everything went as planned, the windows were to be installed by the end of February, with the door following a couple of weeks later. Shortly after your crew arrived on the scheduled date, we were made aware that they did not have the door. Nevertheless, we were happy to at least proceed with the windows (and did so, even though, they did not match the order - we were offered $1000 discount to have the windows installed anyway). Back to the door now. After confirming with the office that the door was indeed not at the shop, we waited two more weeks for a reschedule, at which time, your crew confirmed that not only the height and length dimensions had been switched, but the door opened from the wrong side and the inside custom colour was applied to the outside. If praised on the number of mistakes one can make, this company would receive high praise! Ok, as of mid-May, we had windows but no door. After a few calls, we received an email confirming that the new door was rush-ordered and should be in your shop by end of June. We are now approaching mid-July, and not only have we not received a door, your company is unable to provide an ETA!!! Again, please refer to your “Exceptional Customer Service” statement and your “paramount” belief in communication.

Love my new eavestrough installation from the Muskoka office!! Vicki was on point with scheduling this in for us and kept us up to date on delays. Crew was outstanding with our needs. Great job Team!

I had just recently bought a house, and it was in desperate need of eavestroughs, I called these guys and they came out and gave me a quote, the price was fair and it didn't take long for them to come out and remove the old eavestroughs and replace them with new ones. The installers were awesome, they showed me the horrible shape that the old eavestroughs were in, and answered my questions. They were an enthusiastic pair of installers and got the job done fast and correctly, with NO MESS left behind. I noticed, after a rain fall, that I had an issue with something that I overlooked and they came out right away to rectify the situation. This is an awesome company and for that reason, I will be having them spray foam insulate my attic. When you find a great company, you stick with them. Thanks AM Group for getting the job done right and having a great crew, looking forward to the spray foam insulation of the attic
